Searose Environmental were engaged to provide a service for ATL Composites, for a reverse cycle dust collection solution.
We were called in to service a reverse cycle dust collector which is used in a large composite fibre manufacturer.
We replaced all the filter bags using the correct filter media to ensure the collector maintained airflow with this extremely harsh product.
Searose also refitted the airlock blades to the Rotary Valve. Plus we also replaced the ageing Variable Speed Drive to a modern ABB VSD.
